To make delicious chai popsicles, mix 12 oz. your favorite flavor of Chaikhana Chai Concentrate and 12 oz. Almond Milk. Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Heavier milks and Almond Milk will make softer popsicles. Coconut milk and fat free milk will make popsicles that are more crunchy and icy, but any type of milk or dairy alternative that you have on-hand is fine. You could even try mixing the chai with fruit juice as in our Chai Spritzer recipes.
We love to add cut up banana, chia seeds, chocolate pieces or coconut chips to add extra nutrition to the popsicle mix before freezing. Or, create a healthy snack mix later on a plate as we did here along with a small dish of melted chocolate for dipping.
