We wait once the holidays are over and look forward to Fall all Spring and Summer to begin making our Green Tea Pumpkin Chai Latte drinks again. Not sure why we stop drinking it….it’s sooooo good! Chaikhana Chai Green Tea chai concentrate recipe calls for an extra amount of fresh whole ginger resulting in a subtle warming sensation on your taste buds. Maybe that’s what blends perfectly with the pumpkin flavor. With a low sugar amount (only 9 sugar grams in an 8 oz. drink) our Green Tea Chai lets Monin’s “Pumpkin Spice” syrup flavor come through without creating an overly sweet taste. (We prefer Monin’s Pumpkin Spice syrup with it’s smooth, less sweet spicy-pumpkin flavor.)
TO MAKE A GREEN TEA PUMPKIN CHAI LATTE Measure the chai and syrup into your mug. Stir in your choice of milk (preferably unsweetened) and heat together. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice mix. Now add a plate of home made ginger snaps and you’re all set for an excellent afternoon!

20 oz. drink = 3 1/2 oz Green Tea – HoneyGinger chai concentrate + 1 oz Monin Pumpkin Spice Syrup
