Chai Affogato

Try a new flavor for an old favorite, the Affogato! Add a shot (any flavor) of Chaikhana Chai concentrate to your favorite ice cream, with or without a shot of espresso. Top with a swirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of spice. By the way, if there's a chai & ice cream combination that doesn't work, we haven't found it!  Hint: Use a demitasse spoon to slow down the pace. You'll want to savor this dessert as long as possible.
