Masala Mango Cocktail
MASALA MANGO COCKTAIL A festive brunch drink! –
Recipe makes about 2 liters, enough for 6 to 10 people.
Stir 12 oz. “Masala” Chaikhana Chai concentrate with 12 oz. premium quality mango juice. Add 36 oz. sparkling water or seltzer and 6 oz. good quality vanilla flavored vodka. Prepare in advance and chill in bottles with tight fitting caps to preserve the bubbles. Mix gently by tipping bottle upside down and back upright before pouring.
